We stand behind all of our products here at Elegant Baby. If you receive a damaged or defective product directly from us, you may return it for a full refund or exchange of product within 14 days of receipt of purchase. All returns must be unused, in the original packaging, from a smoke-free environment and have all applicable tags still attached. Please call 1-800-334-5321 for a return authorization number.If you bought your product from a retail distributor, other website, or third party, we cannot handle the exchange and you should contact the company you purchased from. Also, we cannot accept any personalized products for refund or exchange. This includes all products that are engraved and monogrammed. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note, if the purchase was made with a credit or debit card, any refund will be credited back to that account.
