 Return Policy

We stand behind all of our products here at Elegant Baby. If you receive a damaged or defective product directly from us, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 calendar days from receipt of purchase. All returns must be unused, in the original packaging, from a smoke-free environment and have all applicable tags still attached.

If you bought your product from a retail distributor, other website, or third party, you should contact the company you purchased from. Due to the nature of personalized products, we cannot accept any personalized/monogrammed products for refund or exchange.

Please note, if the purchase was made with a credit or debit card, any refund will be credited back to that account. This includes gift purchases.
