Why is Elegant Baby considered “luxury?”

Every item in our product line is expertly designed and crafted with the finest fabrics, stitching and details that make them truly special and of heirloom quality. We pride ourselves on using sustainable fabrics, such as GOTS-certified organic cotton and muslin, in many of our products. We are dedicated to offering the softest fabrics, high-quality design, and a sophisticated aesthetic that has made us a favorite with moms, dads, and gift-givers all over the country. We also offer a beautiful gift box with an elegant satin ribbon that sets the gift apart and makes it truly unique.

Do you personalize all baby gifts?

Everyone loves a personalized gift, and our embroidery is simply beautiful! Most, but not all, Elegant Baby products are personalizable with a custom embroidered monogram, name or initials in the thread of your choice. If a product is personalizable, you will have the option to select personalization on the product page. From the drop-down box, select the type of personalization you would like: monogram, initials or name. You will then have the ability to add the baby’s initials or full name and choose the thread color, style, and date (date is optional, ideal for baby’s birthdate, and only offered with baby’s name, not a monogram or initials). Custom personalization costs $14 and will be added to your cart.

Is there a cost to monogram an item?

Yes, we charge $14 to monogram an item. We will add the cost to your cart at checkout.

Do you gift wrap?

Yes! As a matter of fact, our signature gift box with satin ribbon is one of the reasons customers love Elegant Baby for all of their baby giftings! You have the option of adding a gift box to your order from the product page or at checkout. Our beautiful gift boxes are an additional $14 charge and make your gift extra special.

Are your fabrics sustainable?

Elegant Baby offers a beautiful selection of GOTS-certified 100% organic cotton baby clothes, which means they meet the highest organic textile standard for limiting the use of bleaches, dyes, and other chemicals during the production process.

Are your products safe?

Elegant Baby products meet the highest organic textile standard for limiting the use of bleaches, dyes, and other chemicals during the production process. We are also CPSIA-compliant, meaning our products go through CPSIA testing to ensure there are no hazardous materials in our products. I want to purchase a baby gift. Do you ship?

Yes! When you are ready to purchase, enter the gift recipient’s name and address. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once the package has shipped. Be sure to add a personalized note with your gift, and consider having us gift wrap it for you with our signature gift box and satin bow to make your gift extra special! 

How long does it take to ship an item?

As soon as we process your order, we ship it directly from Elegant Baby from our Burlington, North Carolina warehouse. Shipping times will vary ,however, we always try our best to get you your items as quickly as possible. Typically, non-personalized orders ship within 2-4 business days of receiving your order, and personalized orders ship within 5-7 business days of receiving your order. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once the package has shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we offer free shipping on all U.S. orders of $100 or more. For orders under $100, rates will vary depending on the product, and shipping will be calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

Elegant Baby stands behind all of our products. If you received a damaged or defective product directly from us (not a retail store), you may return it for a full refund or exchange of the product within 30 days of receipt of purchase. All returns must be in unused condition and in the original packaging from a smoke-free environment and have all applicable tags still attached. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept any personalized products for refund or exchange. If you purchased an Elegant Baby-branded product from a retail store, please return the gift with a receipt to that location.

Please note: If the purchase was made with a credit or debit card, any refund will be credited back to that account. This includes gift purchases.

Can I return a monogrammed item?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any personalized products for refund or exchange.

Where can I find Elegant Baby in a store?

Currently, you can find some Elegant Baby products at Bloomingdale’s, Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, Dillard’s and many local fine retailers across the country. Keep in mind that the widest, most current selection of products is available at elegantbaby.com

Do you offer a gift registry?

We do not offer an online gift registry at this time; however, some retailers of our products may. You can find our products in Bloomingdale’s, Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, Dillard’s and many local fine retailers across the country.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Give the ultimate gift of choice with the Elegant Baby digital gift card. Choose one or more gift cards in the amounts of $25, $50, $75, $100, or $500. Simply go to our gift card page, select the desired gift card dollar amount and quantity, add it to your cart, give us the recipient’s email, and pay online. Your lucky recipient will receive a digital Elegant Baby gift card via the email you provided, with instructions on how to redeem them. Gift cards have no additional processing fees. At this time, custom gift notes cannot be included with the digital gift card email.

Do you offer corporate gifting?

Yes! We make gifting your employees fast and easy, and you can rest assured that the recipient will be thrilled with their high-end, luxurious gift! We curate an entire catalog of our most popular, coordinating baby items, many of which you can select to personalize with a custom embroidered name or initials. Does Elegant Baby sell my information to 3rd parties?

Elegant Baby does not share, trade or sell customer information to 3rd parties (including email addresses). Our policy is to protect this information, ensuring the privacy of our customers. We also do not store any financial information. All transactions are conducted behind a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection.
