These digital gift cards are delivered to the email address provided and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. At this time, custom gift notes cannot be included with the digital gift card email.
Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN POLICY
Conditions for voluntary returns:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date
- Exchanges must be requested within 60 days of delivery date
- Item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition
- Item must be returned with all tags and packaging in their original condition from a smoke-free environment
- Item must have been purchased directly from our online store and be accompanied by an original purchase receipt
- Only product costs will be refunded, original shipping charges will not be refunded
- The customer must cover return shipping costs
- International: Returns are only accepted from Canada customers at this time and customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- We regret that we cannot accept returns of SALE items or e-gift cards.
- Store credit or exchanges may be requested for gift orders
- Due to the nature of personalized products, we cannot accept any personalized/monogrammed products for refund or exchange unless we have made an error. In the case we made an error, please reach out to service@elegantbaby.com so we may replace the item
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS POLICY
Price adjustments may be issued for items purchased at full price that receive a permanent markdown within 5 days of the original purchase date. Temporary promotions, sitewide discounts, holiday events, and Black Friday/Cyber Monday pricing are excluded. To request an adjustment, please contact our Customer Care team.
