Shipping policy
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Protection:
We’re pleased to offer low-cost Shipping Protection for $3.99, which covers your package if it is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. An identical replacement package will be shipped ( including monogramming, if applicable) REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN AND CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF MARKED DELIVERY.
If you do not wish to add shipping insurance to your order, please select the opt-out check box or remove Package Protection from your cart at checkout.
When deselecting the Shipping Protection option, you will not be reimbursed for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. It will be the customer's responsibility to file a claim with FedEx, should package go missing.
By adding shipping protection to your order, you can be confident in knowing that should something happen during transit, your order will be 100% covered (including shipping costs). The only things NOT covered by shipping protection are shown explicitly below:
• Customs delays, package seizure, or failure to pay customs duties that are due
• Incorrect or undeliverable address
• Shipments being returned for exchange or refund.
