Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN POLICY
Conditions for voluntary returns:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date
- Exchanges must be requested within 60 days of delivery date
- Item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition
- Item must be returned with all tags and packaging in their original condition from a smoke-free environment
- Item must have been purchased directly from our online store and be accompanied by an original purchase receipt
- Only product costs will be refunded, original shipping charges will not be refunded
- The customer must cover return shipping costs
- International: Returns are only accepted from Canada customers at this time and customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- We regret that we cannot accept returns of SALE items or e-gift cards.
- Store credit or exchanges may be requested for gift orders
- Due to the nature of personalized products, we cannot accept any personalized/monogrammed products for refund or exchange unless we have made an error. In the case we made an error, please reach out to service@elegantbaby.com so we may replace the item
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS POLICY
Price adjustments may be issued for items purchased at full price that receive a permanent markdown within 5 days of the original purchase date. Temporary promotions, sitewide discounts, holiday events, and Black Friday/Cyber Monday pricing are excluded. To request an adjustment, please contact our Customer Care team.

I loved the personalization.. It was clear and i loved the font.
Stunning personalization
cute but different than i thought. Blue is very faint almost grayish too.I think the sailboat is too big and over shadows the name .
don't think i will buy this again
Personalization itself came out pretty. The website didn’t allow all the characters of my child’s whole name (16 characters, plus 2 spaces). My other children have blankets from here that allowed for many more characters. I had to email customer support and they asked the embroiderer if it was possible. I was told yes but it would be small. They said when I place the order email with the order number and how exactly I want it and they’d do it. So I place the order and email. The response I got was they couldn’t do it, so they’d just do the first and middle name “as originally planned”. (Never the plan). Weird. I asked what changed from my email a few days ago until now. Then all of a sudden then can do it again…strange. I wish they gave an option of where the personalization goes because my other 2 are on the short side, but this one is in the corner. Not sure why the change from a few years ago, but it would be nice to have more options.
I have ordered over 15 of these personalized blankets for all of my friends, as well as for my own, newborns! They are great quality and such a special personalized item! They ship out very quickly, too!
