 Conditions for voluntary returns:

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date
• Exchanges must be requested within 60 days of delivery date
• Item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition
• Item must be returned with all tags and packaging in their original condition from a smoke-free environment
• Item must have been purchased directly from our online store and be accompanied by an original purchase receipt
• Only product costs will be refunded, original shipping charges will not be refunded
• The customer must cover return shipping costs
• International: Returns are only accepted from Canada customers at this time and customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
• We regret that we cannot accept returns of SALE items or e-gift cards.
• Store credit or exchanges may be requested for gift orders
• Due to the nature of personalized products, we cannot accept any personalized/monogrammed products for refund or exchange unless we have made an error. In the case we made an error, please reach out to service@elegantbaby.com so we may replace the item

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS POLICY

Price adjustments may be issued for items purchased at full price that receive a permanent markdown within 5 days of the original purchase date. Temporary promotions, sitewide discounts, holiday events, and Black Friday/Cyber Monday pricing are excluded.  To request an adjustment, please contact our Customer Care team.
