RETURN POLICY

We stand behind all of our products here at Elegant Baby. If you receive a damaged or defective product directly from us, you may return it for a refund within 30 calendar days from receipt of purchase or exchange it within 60 calendar days. If the product is damaged, customer service may request photos of the item(s).

 Conditions for voluntary returns:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Exchanges must be requested within 60 days of delivery date
  • Item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition
  • Item must be returned with all tags and packaging in their original condition from a smoke-free environment
  • Item must have been purchased directly from our online store and be accompanied by an original purchase receipt
  • Only product costs will be refunded, original shipping charges will not be refunded
  • The customer must cover return shipping costs
  • International: Returns are only accepted from Canada customers at this time and customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • We regret that we cannot accept returns of SALE items or e-gift cards.
  • Store credit or exchanges may be requested for gift orders
  • Due to the nature of personalized products, we cannot accept any personalized/monogrammed products for refund or exchange unless we have made an error. In the case we made an error, please reach out to service@elegantbaby.com so we may replace the item

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS POLICY

Price adjustments may be issued for items purchased at full price that receive a permanent markdown within 5 days of the original purchase date. Temporary promotions, sitewide discounts, holiday events, and Black Friday/Cyber Monday pricing are excluded.  To request an adjustment, please contact our Customer Care team.


This policy only applies to retail orders placed directly on our online website: elegantbaby.com. If you purchased your product from other retailers, websites, or third parties, we cannot process a return and suggest you contact the location or company you purchased from.
You should expect to receive your refund within 10 days after confirmation of receipt from our warehouse. Please note that there may also be delays with your credit card provider. If the purchase was made with a credit or debit card, any refund will be credited back to that account. Gift purchases can also be returned for a store credit in the form of an e-gift card.
