Returns & exchanges

RETURN POLICY

We stand behind all of our products here at Elegant Baby. If you receive a damaged or defective product directly from us, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 calendar days from receipt of purchase. If the product is damaged, customer service may request photos of the item/items.
Conditions for voluntary returns/exchanges:
  • Return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition
  • Item must be returned with all tags and packaging in their original condition
  • Item must have been purchased directly from our online store and be accompanied by an original purchase receipt
  • Item must not have been marked FINAL SALE at the time of purchase
  • Only product costs will be refunded: original shipping charges will not be refunded
  • The customer must cover return shipping costs: you may ship the returned products via any method of your choice, or we can generate pre-paid labels for convenience and deduct the $10.95 cost from your refund
  • International: Customer is responsible for all return shipping via their own postage/shipping carrier; Elegant Baby cannot generate a label. We recommend choosing a carrier that will provide a tracking number.
  • We regret that we cannot accept returns of SALE items or gift cards.
This policy only applies to retail orders placed directly on our online website: elegantbaby.com If you purchased your product from other retailers, websites, or third parties, we cannot process the refund/exchange and suggest you contact the location or company you purchased from.
You should expect to receive your refund within 10 days after confirmation of receipt from our warehouse. Please note that there may also be delays with your credit card provider. If the purchase was made with a credit or debit card, any refund will be credited back to that account. Gift purchases can also be returned for a store credit/gift card. 
All returns must be unused, in the original packaging, from a smoke-free environment and have all applicable tags still attached.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, cost will be deducted from your refund.
