We stand behind all of our products here at Elegant Baby. If you receive a damaged or defective product directly from us, you may return it for a refund within 30 calendar days from receipt of purchase or exchange it within 60 calendar days. If the product is damaged, customer service may request photos of the item(s).

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date
Exchanges must be requested within 60 days of delivery date
Item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition
Item must be returned with all tags and packaging in their original condition from a smoke-free environment
Item must have been purchased directly from our online store and be accompanied by an original purchase receipt
Only product costs will be refunded, original shipping charges will not be refunded
The customer must cover return shipping costs
International: Returns are only accepted from Canada customers at this time and customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
We regret that we cannot accept returns of SALE items or e-gift cards.
Store credit or exchanges may be requested for gift orders
Due to the nature of personalized products, we cannot accept any personalized/monogrammed products for refund or exchange unless we have made an error. In the case we made an error, please reach out to service@elegantbaby.com so we may replace the item
